Grading Policy:

There will be one midterm exam and one cumulative final exam, as well as 3 written paper synopses and various inclass pop quizes and problem sets. The mid term and final will each count for 31.3% of the final grade; paper synopses will combine for 18.8% and quizes and problem sets will round out the final 18.8% of the final grade. As a general policy, NO MAKEUP TESTS WILL BE GIVEN. We MAY make exceptions to this policy with adequate documentation of a medical excuse.
